The room was great, modern, and relaxing. It had an excellent, handy setting in a quiet area.- The location was very convenient, less than a mile from the cross channel ferries.

The house layout was very nice and the interior was beautiful. the host was warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. the bed was comfortable and provided a lovely night's sleep. the outdoor garden area was well-maintained and a great place to relax.

I felt a bit out of place sharing a bathroom with the owners' young daughter, especially since their private toiletries were still in there. It made the bathroom feel a bit cramped and not entirely private.

Convenient location just a 15-minute walk from the city center. The decor is comfortable and inviting. 👍

Lee and his family were incredibly welcoming and showed us around their beautiful, immaculate home and garden. the location was ideal, within walking distance of Southsea train station and the Victorious Festival. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the shared bathroom facilities were never a problem. We also loved the convenience of being able to bring our dog along. a perfect stay for business travelers.

We felt so comfortable during our stay at Cottage Grove that there was truly no reason to complain.

We recently stayed at Cottage Grove Homestay Rooms for a few nights while visiting Southsea. The house is located just a short walk from the high street, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were immaculately clean and had a cozy and comfortable vibe. We particularly enjoyed the high ceilings and spacious layout of the house. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus, and the open space in the house created a relaxed atmosphere. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the echo dots in the room, adding a modern touch to our stay.

Would recommend this hotel.
